Alex Love is an Executive Coach who specializes in delivering impactful training and coaching to leaders and their teams to foster workplace cultures of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

As Founder and CEO of Alex Love Consulting, Alex leads a network of human resources (HR) consultants, trainers, facilitators, strategists, and project managers to provide guidance to organizations about HR and DEI best practices. They work in partnership with the clients to create inclusive workplace cultures through climate assessments and policy analyses, strategic recommendations, and implementation of actionable plans for sustainability and accountability. As a part of culture building especially in a time when teams work remotely, Alex and their team also provide in person board, staff and leadership retreat facilitation to ensure events are fun, interactive and impactful.  

Alex also focuses on Fair Chance Employment to provide custom support to clients committed to hiring people who were formerly incarcerated. Alex serves as a subject matter expert, alongside a team of other specialists, to advise employers about changing policies and developing pilot programs specifically for greater inclusion and support of employees that have been justice impacted.


Alex was formerly at Vice Media, where they served in HR management roles of increasing responsibility. As HR Manager, Alex managed employee relations and employment legal claims, facilitated employee immigration work visa applications, and oversaw educational outreach programs. After their promotion to Director of Human Resources, Alex was also given the role of acting Chief HR Officer responsible for leading the human resources department during the company’s global HR team transition. As such, Alex managed all employee relations and legal claims, designed a company-wide performance management system, and oversaw on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Among their achievements was launching Vice Media’s first Apprenticeship Program, which provides employment opportunities for people who were formerly incarcerated. They also co-created and co-facilitated Respect in the Workplace, a series of facilitated dialogues about inclusion and diversity.

In their previous capacity as Associate HR Generalist at Xaxis (formerly 24/7 Media), Alex served as the main point of contact for managing the integration of new and existing HR systems following a merger, owned the new employee on-boarding process, and assisted with employee relations, compensation and benefits responsibilities. As HR Assistant at 24/7, Alex was responsible for managing employee reporting and records, while also serving as primary liaison with the payroll team. Alex graduated from New York University with a degree in Sociocultural Anthropology and is currently based in New York City and Las Vegas.

  • Morenike Lambert (she/her)

    Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist

    Morenike Lambert is the lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion trainer and curriculum developer for Alex Love Consulting. She is committed to building systems, creating policies, and advocating for institutional structures that promote equity and allow people to be their full selves. She has created an anti-oppression curriculum on a broad range of topics, including anti-racism, sexism and gender discrimination, ageism, and LGBTQIA+ issues, among many others.

  • Vanessa Vasquez (she/her)

    Strategic Program Management Consultant

    Vanessa is the Founder of VV Consulting. She brings deep expertise in program management, organizational development, and strategic partnerships. She is passionate about social justice and utilizes her knowledge and background to help organizations move the needle towards long-lasting change. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from St. John’s University.

  • Bo Spiller (they/them)

    OD Practitioner & Transformative Mediator

    Bo Spiller is an organizational development practitioner and transformative mediator with a focus on conflict management, accountability, and transformative justice. They believe their role is to act as a guide and support a person’s agency around their choices through collaboration, creativity, and exploration. Some guiding philosophies for their work can be found in the theories, writings, and storytelling of Paulo Freire, Mariame Kaba, Mia Mingus, Angela Davis, and their Kamsá ancestors from Colombia.

  • Karinn Glover (she/her)

    Consultant

    Dr. Karinn somersaulted her way from marketing to medicine and landed in mind-body health. Currently Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Glover teaches psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to Psychiatry and Family Medicine residents. Her career as a consultant and educator have informed her expertise in the fields of health equity, workplace mental health, and organizational success. Find her here.

  • Daniel Thornton (he/him)

    Trainer

    Daniel is an innovative education professional with 7 years of experience designing and facilitating in-person and virtual trainings. He has experience implementing curriculums across various age ranges and cultural contexts. Additionally, Daniel has worked extensively with children from underprivileged communities and adult learners.

  • Mandi Luu (she/her)

    Consultant

    Mandi has over 10+ years in the tech/media space specializing in Recruiting programs, building and buying tech platforms to support HR and Recruiting needs and has a passion for all things related to building impactful tools to support people finding a job and anything that helps them further their career.
